One pretty major event that I haven't posted about yet is the haircut incedent. Yes, Michaela got her first haircut!!! It wasn't planned, and it was a sad day at our house, but what can you do but take pictures?! After she cut her own bangs and a little bit off the back, so here are the results!!!

We also got the chance this weekend to visit with Michaela's birthmother, Davea for her wedding! Let me just say, Michaela was the worst flower girl EVER! She dropped all the flowers out at once, and spent 5 minutes picking them up again....all the way down the aisle!

This picture is awesome to me, this is Michaela's birthmother and two of her sons, which means, these are Michaela's 1/2 brothers, Nathan and David. Cool huh?

I feel like I am playing catch up! For some reason I have fallen behind on even taking pictures let alone posting them! So here are a few, well, a lot, with some descriptions. And don't worry - there are more MichaelaISMS on the way!



Michaela is very into dressing herself lately. I am NOT ALLOWED to help. Here she is at her little ladybug mirror - at her level- doing her hair. She then asked me for " please have some makesup please mommy!"


Austin and Tikla came to visit us for a few days! It was such a nice visit. Well, I can only speak for Jordan and I but we had fun :) Usually Michaela is a little shy. But for whatever reason, she took to Austin right away, I have never seen her snuggle anyone but Jordan or I like this! And she is STILL TALKING about having her friend, "Tikelas" over to play!
